Samara region is a second-largest industrial production by area with the population over 3 million inhabitants, with large industrial centres of Samara, Togliatti, Novokuibyshevsk and Syzran, with a relatively highly-developed infrastructure (airport “Kurumoch” being a transport hub between the European and Asian parts of Russia , river terminals on the Volga, a large railway junction, a Samara–Moscow highway (about 1000 kms. away from Moscow). ZAO «Neftechimia»
ZAO Neftechimia is located in Novokuibyshevsk at 20 kms. away from Samara and is one of the leading manufacturers of synthetic ethyl alcohol in Russia. A total number of staff is around 1400 persons. On its production floors the company applies processes of pyrolysis, fractionation and organic synthesis.
The resulting package of orders for production of the plant includes ethyl synthetic alcohol of various grades with ethanol content of 92.5-99.9%. The company’s range of products also includes liquid pyrolysis products used as feedstock for manufacturing motor fuels, solvent and aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as liquefied fractions of C3-C4 hydrocarbons for various applications. ZAO Neftechimia possesses a unit for making ethyl alcohol to release approximately 95 000 MT per year of 99.6- 99.9% ethanol which is manufactured in line with advanced dehydration technology with molecular sieves involved.
The company has manufacture on issuing liquefied hydrocarbons the aggregate capacity 45 000 MT per year.
Products of ZAO Neftechimia are in high demand amongst Russian plants of chemical industry: in the manufacture of ethyl carbitol, ethyl acetate, chloroform and ethyl silicates as well as solvents, paint and varnish materials, glues and resins, rubbers, in polygraphic, pharmaceutical industries, in the manufacture of perfumes and cosmetics products and many others.
A constant process of upgrading technological processes and improving the quality of activities applicably to consumers of ZAO Neftechimia is underway. Preferential sales markets for our company’s products is the territory of the Russian Federation. Consumers of ethyl alcohol are also importers of near abroad countries.
